DM Civil’s business philosophy over the years has embraced and sought to foster this concept.  It is a philosophy that permeates through the company in the way that management integrates and works as a team with all employees; the manner in which DM Civil deals with suppliers and subcontractors; and the relationships we foster with consultants, project managers and clients.  All relationships are crucial to the ongoing success of our company.

The company’s history of non-adversarial contracting, innovative approach and common goals with clients are factors which are increasingly more important in awarding contracts.  Clients expect a competitive price, quality work, carried out safely and completed on time.  They also want to be assured they will be treated honestly and fairly.  DM Civil understand, and offer precisely these qualities.

Innovation
Innovation is an important factor in keeping DM Civil a leader in the construction industry.  From discussions with clients and design engineers at an early stage of a project, to innovative ideas from our field personnel, we are able to produce better outcomes and cost savings.

Project Supervision
The key to successful completion of work is the quality of the supervisory staff. All of DM Civil’s project supervisors have been trained and promoted through the ranks of the company. This ensures the work is completed to tried and proven procedures and on-site supervision and work is aligned with the company’s business philosophy.

Relationship Contracting
DM Civil’s ability to adapt to new and different trends in contracting was seen when we were selected by the Water Corporation as an alliance partner to construct the Harvey to Perth water pipeline.  National recognition for the success of alliancing in this project has created further business joint ventures and alliance contracts.
